Your benefit: Effective and individual support for your professional reorientation and job search. Thanks to intensive support from your two coaches and the use of tried-and-tested tools, you will get to know your potential better and start your reorientation stronger and more confidently.

Programs

We offer individual programs tailored to your needs. The programs have a modular basic structure, but are adapted to the client's specific personal situation after the assessment. The coaches are also available between the modules. In addition to outplacement/newplacement support, we also offer location assessment. Thanks to the tandemconcept®, our clients benefit from a sparring partnership with our experts and from individual workshops.

We define the objectives with you in a non-binding initial consultation. These form the basis for the program design, the scope and the content of the tailor-made location assessment.
