Thanks to my many years of experience as a manager and recruitment specialist, as well as a coach and instructor for job seekers, I am familiar with both sides of the job market. I understand the expectations of companies as well as the challenges job seekers face.

My coaching sessions are practical and resource-oriented. It is important to me to empower people to take ownership of their lives, to help them recognize their existing wealth of experience and skills, and to guide them through the change process with clarity and confidence.
