I find it motivating to provide targeted support to individuals and companies during challenging career transitions.

I have experience with the job market from a variety of perspectives. In addition to my background in business administration, I bring many years of leadership and management experience from the private sector and the public sector.

For 13 years, I headed the Labor Market Division in the Canton of Lucerne and was responsible for the five Regional Employment Centers (RAV). In this role, I maintained close contact with companies and provided hands-on support during restructuring and mass layoffs.

At newplace, I draw on this experience, particularly in my interactions with companies. It is important to me to quickly assess situations, understand differing interests, and develop solutions that are viable for both the company and the employees involved.
