Career transitions are among the most challenging phases of one’s professional life. For over 20 years, I have been supporting professionals and executives through outplacement, new placement, and career coaching, helping them develop new perspectives and successfully shape their next career move.

I am particularly committed to supporting people during challenging transitional periods—such as after restructuring, reorganization, or layoffs. Together, we provide guidance, strengthen existing resources, and develop sustainable prospects for their professional future.

What sets my consulting services apart is the combination of psychological expertise with many years of leadership and business experience. As a psychologist with a Ph.D., a certified emergency psychologist (NNPN), a former entrepreneur, and the former COO of an international provider of external employee counseling services, I understand change processes from various perspectives—as a consultant, an entrepreneur, and a member of executive management.

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working with over 300 companies and organizations in Switzerland and Europe—ranging from international corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to public institutions. My consulting approach combines a scientific foundation, an understanding of business, and international practical experience to provide personalized, effective, and sustainable support.
