For over seven years, I have been supporting people through career transitions. Prior to that, I worked in human resources and marketing for more than ten years—including in recruitment, team leadership, and the development of new departments. As a result, I understand the employer’s perspective from my own experience and know what companies look for in applications, selection processes, and interviews.

I have worked in small and medium-sized enterprises, international companies, and the public sector. Several extended stays abroad have further broadened my perspective on different work environments and life paths.

My consulting services are based on a solid educational background at the intersection of business and psychology: Certified Career Counselor MAS (ZHAW), DAS in Counseling (University of Zurich), and MSc in Economics (lic. rer. pol., University of Bern).
