Annemarie Weber-Wehrle

Annemarie Weber-Wehrle holds a degree in business administration (FH) with a specialization in human resources management and organizational theory as well as a degree in social education (BA). She has further training in organizational development and psychometric test procedures.

She has many years of experience in management consulting and in personnel and management development. This includes roles as Head of People Development and as a trainer and coach in an international corporation. She also specializes in recruitment, assessment, performance management, organizational development and team development.

In supporting people in professional change processes, she combines professional expertise with personal commitment and a clear view of realistic development steps. She supports clients in gaining orientation, sharpening their profile and developing viable next steps.
