Accompanying people during career transitions is much more than a job for me - it is a matter close to my heart. The experience of how much development is possible in transition phases drives me anew every day.

I have been working at the interface of social law, coaching and executive recruiting for over 25 years - always with the aim of effectively supporting people and organizations in challenging situations. I support specialists and managers in recognizing new perspectives, regaining their ability to act and starting a new chapter with renewed strength.

I play a responsible role in shaping separation and realignment processes for companies - as a consulting partner for HR and management. I bring psychological know-how, entrepreneurial thinking and a lot of practical implementation experience to the table - discreetly, solution-oriented and sustainably.
