Separations and personnel reorganization processes are difficult and often life-changing for everyone involved. Being part of an organization that accompanies and supports those affected through these challenging phases fills me deeply and gives me new energy every day.

I have been supporting people and companies through transformation processes for 20 years. In my professional career, I have worked as a consultant, partner, managing director and board member in companies with 10 to 2,500 employees. As a management consultant, I have successfully supported companies in redesigning recruitment processes, talent management, transformation management and organizational development. I also train HR specialists and managers in HR processes, dismissal, personnel selection and redundancy.
