Further training in supervision & coaching, organizational & personnel development, personality diagnostics and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). After graduating, various consulting and management positions in institutions in the social and health sector. For 10 years jointly responsible for leadership and personnel development at a major bank. Self-employed for 9 years, today as managing partner of Coaching Company Pro GmbH, specializing in the following areas: Self-management & personality development, change and conflict management, assessment and reorientation, crisis management. Teaching assignments as a lecturer at higher technical colleges and universities, member of the Professional Association for Supervision and Organizational Consulting (BSO), Co-President of the Swiss Society for Coaching Psychology (SSCP).
