"There is a crack in everything that's how the light gets in..." Leonard Coen

Breaks, dead ends and disorientation are part of life. It is how we deal with them and the support we receive that can make us dare to take new paths and turn over a new leaf.

What motivates me in these processes is the range of options and the radical decisions that people can, and unfortunately often have to, make. I consider it a privilege to help people navigate this phase.

I am a storyteller who quickly grasps the plot and understands what it is about. I have worked for many years in various administrative roles, including a good 10 years as a personnel developer, HR all-rounder and coach.

I am a Romance philologist (University of Bern), administrative scientist (MPA, idheap, University of Lausanne), coach and supervisor bso (MAS PH Zug), but also a dancer, mountain sports enthusiast and avid podcast and audiobook listener.

Competencies and topics: Coaching, sparring for managers and HR, entry-level generation (vocational training, internships), politics, neurodivergence, occupational health management

Many languages (D, F, E, I, Sp), a lot of heart, humor and patience
