Leonie Beano

As a psychology student specializing in business psychology, I am fascinated by the question of how psychological approaches can support companies and employees on their path to sustainable success. I am interested in the development of managers, teams and organizations - always with people as the decisive factor.

My academic path began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Minor: Sociology), which I completed at the University of Zurich in summer 2024. I then embarked on a Master's degree with a focus on business psychology to further deepen my knowledge. I am currently in my internship semester at the People + Culture Group and am gaining my first practical experience in the areas of corporate development and HR management.

I strive to continuously expand my knowledge and, through the targeted use of psychological principles, help companies to remain successful and at the same time people-oriented.
