I have experienced it myself: a transition brings uncertainty, doubt, sometimes even fear. This is precisely why I accompany people and companies through such moments. Not with ready-made solutions, but with genuine interest, an honest exchange and a clear view of the future.

After my apprenticeship, I worked at jobs.ch for over five years, where I got to know the dynamics of the job market at first hand. I later took on a management role at movu.ch, where I led a dedicated sales team. In recent years, I have devoted myself intensively to recruiting and have experienced on a daily basis how crucial personality, attitude and clarity are in professional reorientation.

My professional background in business psychology helps me to better understand people and organizations - their patterns, needs and potential. This perspective, combined with my sound training in sales and marketing, allows me to provide holistic and practical support for change processes.
