Christoph Eckert

I started my professional life in 1990 as a primary school teacher and ventured into the private sector in 1997 as a personnel consultant at Swiss Bank Corporation. I then worked in various HR functions: As an independent consultant and adult educator, in recruitment, on the management board of the compensation fund of the Swiss Federation of Master Builders, as an HR business partner at Raiffeisen Switzerland, as a management consultant at Avenir Group and as principal of an elementary school. In addition to my teacher training, I completed various further training courses in HR, conflict management and organizational development (e.g. Federal Diploma in HR Management, Master in Human Resource Management).
