Separations and organizational restructuring are a major challenge for everyone involved and can have a profound impact on the lives of those affected. I find fulfillment in supporting people and companies through these critical phases. It is my passion to provide support and guidance when it is most needed. I also have valuable experience as an employment law expert and employment judge. This expertise enables me to deal with legal issues competently and find solutions that take into account both the legal framework and the needs of those involved.

I completed a law degree and an MBA at the University of Fribourg and also trained as a coach in 2016. Various further training courses and certifications in coaching and employment law complete my profile.

In addition to providing support during professional reorientation, I coach managers and executives in development and change processes. I have also been managing various employers' and trade associations for over 17 years as managing director and association manager and deal intensively with employment law and collective employment agreement issues. As a result of my activities, I am very well networked.
