Beatrice Bähler

Studied business administration at the University of Zurich, Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD, additional training in organizational consulting and coaching at Trias and Hernstein as well as strategy development at the University of St. Gallen.

I held various management positions in the financial and service sector for over 20 years. Most recently, I was head of the HR development division of a large Swiss bank. Among other things, I was responsible for the overall architecture of the comprehensive change management processes with a set of transition-oriented methodological tools.

My current consulting activities focus on supporting change processes, strategy and organizational development as well as coaching managers.
