The phase of reorientation is often a cocktail of emotions for those affected. Picking them up where they are, accompanying them, providing competent support, encouraging them and giving them structure is more than just a job for me. It fills me with joy when clients have found a new job and I have been able to accompany them on this journey.

I graduated in Education and Educational Psychology (lic. Phil) from the University of Fribourg and also specialized in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I also completed an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD and have completed various further training courses and certifications in the field of coaching and personality processes.

In addition to providing support during professional reorientation, I coach managers and executives as well as teams and organizations in development and change processes and in cultural development.
