SMEs: persevering through the crisis

Initial relief for the affected SMEs

On March 16, 2020, drastic measures were adopted to contain the coronavirus. These quickly pushed the economy and society to their limits. The federal government therefore reacted quickly during the crisis. However, the federal government's aid measures have not reached all affected SMEs. Further easing of the measures is therefore necessary.

However, the effects are still far-reaching. It is therefore likely that the economy will have to adapt to a new situation in the medium to long term. The following article by the employers' association predicts a rocky road to a new normality.
