Study on the gender ratio in the executive suite

According to a recent study by Peakon, employees identify more with their employer if the management team has a balanced ratio of men and women. Research has already shown that mixed teams make better decisions.

Peakon has now surveyed around 60,000 employees from 173 international companies (anonymously) for the current study. In addition, responses from 2,733 managers (1,003 women) were also evaluated.

A key finding is that employee satisfaction is linked to the composition of the gender ratio at management level. A balanced mix of managers has a correspondingly positive effect on employee satisfaction. They also analyzed responses from 2,733 managers, 1,003 of whom were women.
