Career changes are some of the most challenging moments - and also some of the most powerful.

Separations and personnel reorganizations are among the most challenging phases in professional life - for those affected as well as for companies. Being part of a team that accompanies people and organizations in these moments fulfills me deeply. This is exactly what motivates me every day. I support organizations in the redesign of recruitment and talent processes, in changes to the corporate structure and in strategic HR. At the same time, I accompany specialists and managers through career transitions - empathetically, clearly and goal-oriented.

As a trainer, I pass on my knowledge to HR specialists and managers on topics such as personnel selection, dismissals, communication and separation processes.

In my role at newplace, I combine an entrepreneurial perspective with human support - so that change can not only be managed, but truly shaped.
