Deborah Balmelli

I help people in phases of professional change to gain clarity and to consciously and self-determinedly shape their next step.

My background in the private sector, training in law, coaching and stress management as well as many years of experience in supporting change processes form the basis of my work. I work with managers and employees at all levels.

My own reorientation - from law to the private sector to coaching - has shown me what it takes to refocus and take the next step with conviction.

I accompany people through transitions discreetly, reflectively and effectively - in German, English and Italian.
