Change presents companies and employees with challenges and at the same time opens up new perspectives for development and growth. With my many years of experience in international companies and SMEs in responsible HR and management functions, I guide organizations and individuals safely through demanding change processes.

I support companies and employees in the context of outplacement and newplacement processes in an individual, solution-oriented manner and with a high level of social competence. I combine the strategic goals of the company with the personal needs of the people concerned to ensure sustainable and successful transitions.

I am a qualified Business Economist FH and completed my Master's degree in HR Management & Coaching at the University of Sydney. In addition to this, I have continuously trained in the areas of HR and change management, positive psychology coaching & leadership.

In addition to my coaching and consulting activities, I am also a guest lecturer and coach at the ZHAW School of Management & Law and have been an examiner for the federal HR examinations for many years.
