I am Tatjana Bandinu - psychologist, coach and founder of Adviceversa and Apropos.jobs.
My path is characterized by upheavals, new beginnings and the deep desire to support others through precisely such phases. Separations, reorganizations and professional realignments are not only familiar to me in theory - my own experiences in particular show how much courage it takes to let go and dare to try something new.

This is precisely why I know how much courage it takes to let go and start anew. Today, I support individuals and companies in successfully shaping precisely this path.

I have been working at the interface between people and organizations for over 20 years - as an HR business partner, headhunter, managing director, consultant and board member. This diversity has given me an understanding of the complex dynamics within companies as well as individual life paths.

I combine my psychological and methodological training with strategic thinking and many years of practical experience. This results in a holistic view that integrates both business and human perspectives - often decisive for viable, sustainable solutions - for both organizations and individuals.
