After graduating, various management positions in international companies in the field of marketing and sales, followed by many years in management consulting with a focus on strategy, communication and marketing. Self-employed for 14 years as a coach, organizational and communication consultant in her own company intu consulting & coaching. Main focus: Support and coaching of managers and executives, teams and organizations in development and change processes, change management, design and implementation of coaching programs, cultural development, communication management, crisis communication, member of the Professional Association for Supervision and Organizational Consulting (bso).
