Two perspectives

The professional perspectives of the two coaches generate enormous added value for the clients and increase the intensity of the training many times over. Our experience shows that this model enables us to strengthen clients' opportunities and possibilities in a targeted and sustainable manner. The tandemconcept® puts the individual at the center and encourages essential confrontations with oneself.

Toolbox

Our toolbox consists of various modules on the two perspectives of "personality & potential" and "job market & application". We use these to create a networked, self-contained consulting program - tailored to the individual needs of each client - with an average consulting period of three to twelve months.
