It motivates me to advise people from different professional, social and cultural backgrounds and to support them in their personal process.
As a coach and adult educator and with over 15 years of management experience in the private sector, I have the methodological knowledge, enjoyment and social skills to shape interactions with people with clarity and structure.

Main focus: Coaching in development/change processes, career counseling, conflict work/resolution and crisis management, team development and communication.
