Elena has more than 25 years of professional experience as a talent/management consultant with a range of public and private global clients in various sectors (industry, finance, government, insurance, pharma, security, media, transportation and energy). Her expertise lies in the areas of assessment/development centers from middle to senior management level, conducting new/outplacement, facilitating workshops, coaching for middle management and executives as well as 360° feedback.
