People fascinate me because everyone is full of emotions. Accompanying the other person for a part of their journey and helping them in their process of change triggers a zest for life in me.

I worked in management positions for 20 years, during which I got to know every kind of change process. In my counterpart. In the organization. As well as in myself. These experiences have moved me to make my knowledge available to other people so that they can feel confidence, self-assurance and joie de vivre within themselves again.

Networking with people and getting to know them is a horizon broadening experience. Today, I am able to do this within a company that sees people as the central success factor of every organization. This is where my heart beats faster, because we work with people and for people.
