L'intervista verte su come superare i pregiudizi nei confronti dei dipendenti anziani e riconoscere cos\u00ec le opportunit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Secondo Michael Hasler, un aspetto importante che deve cambiare \u00e8 l'atteggiamento di base nei confronti dei dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani: \"Dovremmo iniziare a sbarazzarci dei luoghi comuni sui dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani, ad esempio 'non disposti\/incapaci di cambiare', 'costosi' e altri luoghi comuni ormai superati\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Spesso le aziende tendono ancora a sbarazzarsi prima dei dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani e costosi quando si tratta di ridurre i costi. Nei \"pool di sviluppo\" della maggior parte delle aziende, i dipendenti pi\u00f9 giovani sono ancora proporzionalmente pi\u00f9 rappresentati - i dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani sono ancora \"dimenticati\" nell'ambito delle attivit\u00e0 di sviluppo, soprattutto quelli di et\u00e0 superiore ai 45 o 50 anni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Molti studi dimostrano che i team di generazione mista, ad esempio, offrono un grande valore aggiunto in termini di collaborazione, creazione e produttivit\u00e0. \"Secondo la mia esperienza, le aziende dovrebbero quindi pensare di pi\u00f9 a questo tipo di prospettive, vedere, valorizzare e utilizzare l'esperienza, le competenze e le capacit\u00e0 dei dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani come un'opportunit\u00e0 per le aziende e non mettere da parte i dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani: sarebbe un'opportunit\u00e0 persa per tutti.\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Per questi motivi, abbiamo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newplace.ch\/it\/\">nuovo posto<\/a>\u00a0Abbiamo avuto buone esperienze in questo campo, ad esempio con l'attuazione di un programma \"Fit for Future\" per e con le aziende, in particolare per i dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani, di cui tutte le parti hanno beneficiato a medio e lungo termine. In questo programma, tutti i dipendenti over 50 hanno avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di riflettere sul passato, sul presente e sul futuro e di sviluppare una tabella di marcia personale per il futuro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Secondo Michael Hasler, dovreste sempre fare un pit stop personale per fare il punto della situazione. Anche se ci sono molti strumenti e guide disponibili, spesso vale la pena di farlo con l'aiuto di un coach e di una prospettiva esterna. I coach esperti del mercato del lavoro sono aggiornati in termini di opportunit\u00e0 e possibilit\u00e0 e possono mostrarvi le prospettive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>\"Non esiste il ritmo giusto: \u00e8 estremamente individuale. Io consiglio ai miei clienti di riflettere ogni due o tre anni e di fare il punto della situazione.
