Le aziende che vogliono avere successo oggi devono gestire abilmente questo compito impegnativo nella competizione per i migliori talenti. Ci\u00f2 include non solo la copertura di nuove posizioni, ma anche la separazione dei dipendenti. Vediamo sempre che le aziende investono molto nel reclutamento, ma spesso trascurano il processo di separazione. Eppure ci sono una serie di ragioni chiaramente tangibili per cui anche questo aspetto deve far parte della strategia aziendale e deve essere ben pianificato.<\/p>\n<h2>Una buona cultura della separazione richiede gli stessi prerequisiti di una buona cultura aziendale:<\/h2>\n<p>comunicazione aperta e tempestiva, trasparenza e onest\u00e0, equit\u00e0, rispetto, apprezzamento e sensibilit\u00e0.<br \/>\nL'assenza di una cultura della separazione danneggia coloro che se ne vanno, disturba quelli che restano e ne abbassa il morale. Incoraggia le partenze volontarie di dipendenti motivati, porta a una perdita di fiducia nel management, abbassa la produttivit\u00e0 e porta a colli di bottiglia duraturi nell'innovazione dell'azienda.<\/p>\n<h2>Una cultura della separazione ben pensata, definita e praticata \u00e8 essenziale per ogni azienda e dovrebbe far parte della cultura aziendale.<\/h2>\n<p>Siamo lieti di
