Di nuovo?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Forse conoscete fin troppo bene questa situazione nella vostra azienda: quando parlate con persone di diversi settori, spesso agitano stancamente la testa quando si parla di cambiamento in tempi di digitalizzazione avanzata. Dopotutto, se molte aziende stanno attualmente facendo girare i loro ingranaggi digitali, l'attenzione non dovrebbe essere focalizzata sulla paura, ma sulla volont\u00e0 di cambiare. E badate bene, un cambiamento attivo, non solo duraturo.<\/p>\n<p>Ma non sembra essere questo il caso. Le persone sopportano il cambiamento propagandato, ma lo modellano attivamente? Piuttosto no! Diversi studi empirici confermano questo atteggiamento, anche se spesso non mancano gli investimenti. Le aziende stanziano budget sufficienti per i progetti di cambiamento semplicemente perch\u00e9 si preoccupano della loro sostenibilit\u00e0 futura. Un indicatore di ci\u00f2 \u00e8 il boom del mercato del lavoro per i change manager e i consulenti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 quindi molto pi\u00f9 importante cercare questa paura del cambiamento in altri luoghi e contrastarla attivamente: Con i dipendenti stessi, che dovrebbero essere sostenuti attivamente nell'affrontare il cambiamento. Poich\u00e9 il cambiamento scatena l'ansia nelle persone, i messaggi razionali spesso non aiutano: solo l'apprezzamento e l'empatia possono aiutare le persone in questi processi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid vc_inner\">\n<div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  inside\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>La digitalizzazione favorisce la paura dei processi di cambiamento<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Uno sguardo al passato pu\u00f2 aiutarci a cogliere la dimensione odierna: Nel secolo scorso, Karl Marx descriveva l'industrializzazione, allora appena agli inizi, come un \"processo fetido e frettoloso\" che avrebbe posto fine alle strutture feudali e inaugurato una nuova era. La situazione \u00e8 molto simile ai giorni nostri, se dobbiamo credere ai resoconti quotidiani dei media: La digitalizzazione sta appiattendo tutto ci\u00f2 che sembra analogico. La digitalizzazione prima di tutto - sta nascendo un mondo nuovo e coraggioso. \u00c8 comprensibile che tali notizie non siano accolte con altrettanta euforia dai dipendenti. Anche per i dirigenti questo crea\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newplace.ch\/it\/unternehmensfuehrung-kuenstliche-intelligenz\/\">Nuove sfide<\/a>\u00a0attraverso la digitalizzazione.
