Les licenciements sont souvent trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re administrative, sans \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re active. Un licenciement n\u2019est pas un simple processus, mais le moment o\u00f9 le leadership se r\u00e9v\u00e8le : la mani\u00e8re dont une entreprise proc\u00e8de \u00e0 un licenciement montre comment elle dirige. L\u2019outplacement va plus loin et accompagne les personnes concern\u00e9es dans une r\u00e9orientation professionnelle structur\u00e9e.
