Qui est directement, mais aussi indirectement, concern\u00e9 par la s\u00e9paration ? La d\u00e9cision peut-elle \u00eatre prise dans la perspective d'une r\u00e9duction du personnel ?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>Pr\u00e9parer la mise en \u0153uvre<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Comment la d\u00e9cision doit-elle \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e ? La communication doit \u00eatre rapide, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, uniforme et transparente. Il s'agit de faire passer le message par la transparence, l'honn\u00eatet\u00e9 dans l'information, la r\u00e9ceptivit\u00e9 et la prise en compte des int\u00e9r\u00eats individuels.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement important de clarifier les r\u00f4les dans le processus de s\u00e9paration, car une pr\u00e9paration professionnelle \u00e0 un entretien de licenciement et l'accompagnement des \"survivants\" sont indispensables. Il peut en outre \u00eatre utile de planifier un entretien de rattrapage avec un soutien externe pour l'entretien de licenciement afin d'\u00e9viter toute escalade.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, un reclassement peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre propos\u00e9 : Par rapport \u00e0 une indemnit\u00e9 de d\u00e9part, un outplacement est plus durable pour les personnes licenci\u00e9es, car il les aide \u00e0 se r\u00e9orienter et leur offre un soutien dans une situation difficile.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>Mettre en \u0153uvre la s\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Enfin, ce sont les cadres qui prononcent le licenciement \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des personnes licenci\u00e9es. Le cadre devrait informer les personnes concern\u00e9es personnellement et de mani\u00e8re respectueuse, et non pas leur annoncer d'abord l'intention de se s\u00e9parer de la part de l'entreprise et\/ou des RH.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l'entretien de licenciement, les cadres clarifient, en collaboration avec les RH et les personnes concern\u00e9es, par exemple, des sujets tels que les cong\u00e9s restants, le transfert de savoir-faire, etc. et pr\u00e9parent le temps restant dans l'entreprise jusqu'au d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>Tirer les enseignements de la s\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Le processus de s\u00e9paration doit \u00eatre solidement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en amont, surveill\u00e9 pendant et \u00e9valu\u00e9 en aval. Il est essentiel que le management, en collaboration avec les RH, se pose les questions suivantes : La pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait-elle solide ? La mise en \u0153uvre de la s\u00e9paration a-t-elle r\u00e9ussi comme pr\u00e9vu ? Dans quels processus partiels aurions-nous pu faire mieux ? Que faisons-nous pour \u00e9viter de telles situations \u00e0 l'avenir ?<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les enseignements tir\u00e9s de l'\u00e9valuation permettent d'optimiser durablement le processus de s\u00e9paration. Pour ancrer durablement une culture de la s\u00e9paration, un suivi solide du processus de s\u00e9paration est tout aussi essentiel que la phase pr\u00e9paratoire propre et le d\u00e9roulement professionnel de la s\u00e9paration en soi.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, les processus de changement de personnel et les s\u00e9parations font partie int\u00e9grante d'un monde du travail en constante \u00e9volution. Pour que les d\u00e9cideurs et les anciens collaborateurs puissent encore se regarder dans les yeux plus tard, malgr\u00e9 la s\u00e9paration, il est essentiel de savoir comment se comporter les uns avec les autres pendant le processus de s\u00e9paration et comment se dire au revoir.
