Une culture de la s\u00e9paration bien pens\u00e9e, d\u00e9finie et v\u00e9cue est indispensable \u00e0 toute entreprise et devrait faire partie de la culture d'entreprise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Les \"facteurs durs\" ne font pas tout : le secteur d'activit\u00e9, la taille de l'entreprise et les chiffres d'affaires ne disent pas tout sur ce qui fait tenir ton entreprise au fond d'elle-m\u00eame. Ce sont les \"facteurs mous\" qui fa\u00e7onnent une culture d'entreprise - c'est-\u00e0-dire les valeurs, les normes et les attitudes qui influencent les d\u00e9cisions, les actions et le comportement des personnes au sein des organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Une culture d'entreprise adapt\u00e9e et centr\u00e9e sur les personnes pose les bases pour que les entreprises atteignent leurs objectifs \u00e0 long terme et contribue \u00e0 ce que<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>- un bon climat de travail et de collaboration s'installe,<\/h3>\n<h3>- la motivation des collaborateurs peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e et le taux de fluctuation r\u00e9duit,<\/h3>\n<h3>- l'attractivit\u00e9 d'un employeur peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, et surtout<\/h3>\n<h3>- attirer les talents ad\u00e9quats et les fid\u00e9liser durablement au sein de l'entreprise.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Les processus de changement de personnel font partie int\u00e9grante d'un monde du travail en constante \u00e9volution. Les entreprises qui veulent r\u00e9ussir aujourd'hui doivent ma\u00eetriser avec brio cette t\u00e2che exigeante dans le cadre de la concurrence pour les meilleurs talents. Cela implique non seulement de repourvoir les postes, de d\u00e9velopper en permanence les talents, mais aussi de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newplace.ch\/fr\/outplacement-unternehmen\/#einzelmandat\">S\u00e9paration des collaborateurs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous observons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que les entreprises investissent beaucoup dans le recrutement, qu'elles se positionnent souvent dans le cadre de leurs campagnes de marque employeur avec leur bonne culture d'entreprise et un contact respectueux entre elles. Toutefois, si l'on interroge les personnes directement concern\u00e9es par les s\u00e9parations, les \"images souhait\u00e9es\" se fissurent de mani\u00e8re disgracieuse, car\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newplace.ch\/fr\/outplacement-unternehmen\/#phasen\">Processus de s\u00e9paration<\/a>\u00a0sont souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Selon une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kienbaum.com\/de\/publikationen\/trennungsmanagement-update-2021\/\">\u00c9tude Kienbaum<\/a>\u00a0(2021), seules 33% des entreprises ont une strat\u00e9gie de s\u00e9paration - dont seulement 26% ont des processus clairement d\u00e9finis, des outils ou des mod\u00e8les correspondants. Dans la plupart des entreprises, le th\u00e8me \"licenciement et s\u00e9paration\" est encore trait\u00e9 comme un tabou et n'est pas abord\u00e9 ouvertement.<\/p>\n<p>Une culture de la s\u00e9paration d\u00e9ficiente blesse ceux qui partent, d\u00e9stabilise ceux qui restent et fait baisser leur moral. Elle favorise les d\u00e9parts volontaires de collaborateurs d\u00e9sireux de s'investir, entra\u00eene une perte de confiance dans le management, fait baisser la productivit\u00e9 et conduit \u00e0 un blocage durable de l'innovation dans l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Outre leur impact individuel, social et culturel, ces \"effets secondaires n\u00e9gatifs\" entra\u00eenent \u00e9galement des co\u00fbts directs. Dans de nombreux endroits, on n'est pas encore sensibilis\u00e9 au fait qu'une culture de la s\u00e9paration insuffisante ou inad\u00e9quate entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts, \u00e0 savoir : les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s aux fluctuations ind\u00e9sirables, les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'absent\u00e9isme (accru), les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de l'ambiance de travail et \u00e0 la baisse de la productivit\u00e9, les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 la perte d'image ou ceux li\u00e9s aux plans sociaux, aux indemnit\u00e9s de licenciement, voire aux frais de justice.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a donc de nombreuses raisons pour que la \"culture de la s\u00e9paration\" fasse partie int\u00e9grante du cycle de vie de l'emploi et d'une culture d'entreprise correspondante. Une bonne culture de la s\u00e9paration peut \u00eatre garantie en cr\u00e9ant les m\u00eames conditions que celles d'une bonne culture d'entreprise : communication ouverte et pr\u00e9coce, transparence et honn\u00eatet\u00e9, \u00e9quit\u00e9, respect, estime et sensibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>Une culture de la s\u00e9paration bien pens\u00e9e, d\u00e9finie et v\u00e9cue est indispensable \u00e0 toute entreprise et devrait faire
