Les entreprises qui veulent r\u00e9ussir aujourd'hui doivent ma\u00eetriser habilement cette t\u00e2che exigeante face \u00e0 la concurrence pour les meilleurs talents. Cela implique non seulement de repourvoir des postes, mais aussi de se s\u00e9parer de collaborateurs. Nous observons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que les entreprises investissent beaucoup dans le recrutement, mais n\u00e9gligent souvent le processus de s\u00e9paration. Il existe pourtant une multitude de raisons clairement tangibles pour lesquelles celui-ci doit \u00e9galement faire partie de la strat\u00e9gie de l'entreprise et \u00eatre bien planifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Une bonne culture de la s\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessite les m\u00eames conditions qu'une bonne culture d'entreprise :<\/h2>\n<p>une communication ouverte et pr\u00e9coce, la transparence et l'honn\u00eatet\u00e9, l'\u00e9quit\u00e9, le respect, l'estime et la sensibilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nUne culture de la s\u00e9paration d\u00e9ficiente blesse ceux qui partent, d\u00e9stabilise ceux qui restent et fait baisser leur moral. Elle favorise les d\u00e9parts volontaires de collaborateurs performants, entra\u00eene une perte de confiance dans le management, r\u00e9duit la productivit\u00e9 et conduit \u00e0 des retards d'innovation durables dans l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>Une culture de la s\u00e9paration bien pens\u00e9e, d\u00e9finie et v\u00e9cue est indispensable \u00e0 toute entreprise et devrait faire partie de
