Encore une fois ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Vous ne connaissez peut-\u00eatre que trop bien cette situation dans votre entreprise : lorsque l'on s'entretient avec des personnes de diff\u00e9rents secteurs, celles-ci font souvent un signe de t\u00eate fatigu\u00e9 lorsqu'on parle de changement \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque de la num\u00e9risation croissante. Car si de nombreuses entreprises tournent actuellement leurs rouages num\u00e9riques, ce n'est pas la peur qui devrait \u00eatre au premier plan, mais la volont\u00e9 de changement. Et il faut noter qu'il s'agit d'un changement actif, et non d'un simple changement subi.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cela ne semble pas \u00eatre le cas. Les gens subissent le changement propag\u00e9 - mais le fa\u00e7onnent-ils activement ? Plut\u00f4t pas ! Diverses \u00e9tudes empiriques confirment cette attitude, bien que les investissements ne fassent souvent pas d\u00e9faut. Ne serait-ce que par souci de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9, les entreprises allouent suffisamment de budget aux projets de changement. L'explosion du march\u00e9 de l'emploi pour les responsables du changement et les conseillers en est un indicateur.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut donc plut\u00f4t chercher cette peur du changement ailleurs et la contrer activement : Chez les collaborateurs eux-m\u00eames, qui devraient \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s activement dans leur navigation \u00e0 travers le changement. Comme les changements provoquent des peurs chez les personnes, les messages rationnels ne sont souvent d'aucune aide. Seules l'estime et l'empathie font avancer les personnes dans de tels processus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid vc_inner\">\n<div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  inside\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>La num\u00e9risation favorise la peur des processus de changement<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Pour saisir la dimension actuelle, un regard sur l'histoire peut \u00eatre utile : Au si\u00e8cle dernier, Karl Marx d\u00e9crivait l'industrialisation, qui venait tout juste de commencer \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque, comme un \"processus fracassant et puant\" qui allait mettre fin aux structures f\u00e9odales et marquer un changement d'\u00e9poque. Il en va de m\u00eame dans le pr\u00e9sent, si nous voulions croire les informations quotidiennes des m\u00e9dias : La num\u00e9risation d\u00e9truit tout ce qui sonne analogique. La num\u00e9risation d'abord - un monde nouveau et merveilleux est en train de na\u00eetre. Il est compr\u00e9hensible que de telles informations ne soient pas accueillies avec autant d'euphorie par les travailleurs. Pour les cadres \u00e9galement, il en r\u00e9sulte des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newplace.ch\/fr\/unternehmensfuehrung-kuenstliche-intelligenz\/\">nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/a>\u00a0par la num\u00e9risation.
